Hi Barbara!! Thanks so much for booking this awesome vacation at the last minute!! Hyatt Zilara in Montego Bay was fabulous!! The food was delicious, the service was impeccable, and the grounds were beautiful!! I came to you just three weeks before, yet you were so patient and professional! Because of your help, the entire trip went so smoothly, from the Covid Testing to ground transportation, and every detail in between! I can’t thank you enough!! Marc’s birthday celebration was extra special because of you!! Also, I NEVER go to the same resort twice. This resort, however, I would visit again!! It was just that great!!
