Overall, it was a really nice property and staff was very helpful. I would stay with Sandals again. Though, next time we’ll have to visit a Beaches resort with our new little guy. 😉

The trip was great! The resort was beautiful and we would definitely go back to that resort again. The only complaint we have is the lines for breakfast were very long once we got in the dining area.

Celebrity Edge Cruise Oct 2019
Hi Barbara
The ship was great and the transportation provided to us worked out perfectly. The Captain’s Club wasn’t that useful. Michael Sterling in that office was less than helpful. But that was minor.
Food was great too, lots of choices, and the destinations were something I won’t forget.We didn’t have delay problems at the airports but the transfers between airlines/immigration/etc. were the worst part for us.
Our two excursions were perfect; one to Herculaneum and the other to an Italian farm.

Rocky Road to a sweet ending.
Hi Barb!
Well, my stay at Beaches/Sandals was rocky! Beaches had Walt and l coming in on Friday instead of Thursday which caused us to have our wedding consultation on Saturday. Which, we missed out
on an excursion we planned to do with the family.I even asked them at the front desk when we arrived when will the wedding consultant contact us and she said the next day. Friday came and no call until around 12 noon l went to the front desk to find out about the consultant, they called her and she finally
came and that’s when she said they wasn’t expecting us until later that day (Friday afternoon). The resort’s power was horrible! Their power kept going out which cause the elevator to stop working, by this happening cause my grandmother which was in a wheelchair
to miss a dinner l reserved for everybody. The day Walt and l was leaving we had a 1pm appt to view our wedding photos and we didn’t leave until 5:30pm to go to Sandals due to their multiple power outages (3-4x). By the time we got to Sandals on Monday our
day was wasted because we were drained due to the amount of hours we spent in the photo office. On another note, they did have everything l asked for with the wedding. I have no complaints about that.We just had one issue with Sandals. They didn’t have information about our spa appointment, which l had to show proof that it was paid for. They still had to make phone calls about it after
l showed them proof.I know l picked Beaches in Ocho Rios. The only reason l picked it was because l had a great time at Beaches in Negril for Michelle’s wedding and when we went back that following year. Only
way l would go back to Beaches in Ocho Rios is if they upgrade their power.It truly was a pleasure working with you, Barb! I couldn’t do any of it without you! I was already overwhelmed with the wedding stuff, by you handling all travel issues took a lot of weight
off of Walt and I. We most definitely will recommend you to anyone looking for a travel agent!!! YOU WERE AWESOME!!!!
Grand Time in Jamaica!

Trip to celebrate my son’s graduation.
Hi Barbara! Thanks so much for all of your help in planning our trip to Jamaica to celebrate my son’s college graduation! We truly enjoyed every minute of the trip. Grand Palladium is a vast resort with beautiful beaches as well as lovely natural surroundings. We did think that the resort needed some updating, but that was the only fault we found. The food was delicious, the staff was polite and helpful, and the nightlife was amazing!!
Trip to Barcelona

The trip was phenomenal!!! It was a great Hyatt although a couple of people shared hotels that were unique to Barcelona that would have been a different experience but we were pleased overall.

Family Fun on Carnival Cruise.
Everyone had a ball, especially the kids. It was great to spend my son's 21st birthday on the

Sandals Barbados Vacation

Trip was fantastic, My youngest daughter is talking about relocating to Barbados. She met some local people and is emailing them regularly. Oldest daughter is athletic and spent lot of time swimming in the Caribbean. This was the best sandals resort we have visited. Restaurants, quality of food, and service was outstanding. We added a tour of the entire island and it was very informative. All the other tours were very interesting and very well coordinated. I tried to contact you late in the week to see if we could stay another week but the resort was sold out, I understand why.

Italian Vacation!

Sorry for the delay, but just getting our breath back. The trip was so exceptional! Beyond our expectations. First, thank you for a well orchestrated itinerary. Although were a few times we could barely keep up, all your hard work was appreciated. Rome was just about our favorite, surprisingly! The vatican tour was great, however, the colosseum tour was not so good so we broke off on our own. We missed Uffittzi tour because we were so exhausted. However, we were redeemed with our amazing David tour. Pisa tour guide was phenomenal. All of our drivers for each destination were professional, prompt, and comforting. Hotel in Rome was great. Bed and breakfast had a great location. Food was phenomenal!! I must admit though I was completely overstimulated with the shopping. I felt like I was in fashionistas heaven. Only downside, the flights were miserable. First class might be worth it. We are both so pleased with your planning of our trip. Already recommending your service. John will send pictures by separate email.

We had a gr8 time. Lots of gr8 food. The hotel was very nice , but the rooms were small. We only had 1 problem with the flt. Lynda didn't have the TSA pre check on her plane ticket. So I couldn't use it. But all in all we had a lot of fun thank you!!

Trip to New Orleans
Hi Barbara,
We had a good time, the hotel was in a good central location and the staff was great. The weather was cooperative, although we did get a little rain on Friday, it made us look for something to do indoors. So we took a bus tour around the entire city which ended up being excellent!! We went with VIP Tours, a Black Owned Business, the tour guide (Jared) was excellent and the price was fair $35 for 2 hours.
Highly recommend a long weekend in New Orleans, stay at the Wyndham 🙂

Cruise was outstanding. The difference with Azamara is the attention that comes from the crew- Captain, cruise director, butler etc. were very friendly and accommodating. I met so may many passengers who had cruised Azamara many times. Passengers from all over the world were very friendly easy to talk to and willing to share their cruise experiences. Many had cruised Aazamara three and four times. I think the reason they return is the itineraries are different and unique. The captain shook my hand when we arrived and wished me a happy birthday and they decorated my suite with balloons and a big Happy Birthday poster. Attention to detail was incredible.

How are you today? I just wanted to let you know this was the best trip , the best celebration I've ever endured for my birthday from the time I got off the train at Penn Station till the time I got in my hotel, which was a beautiful room up on the top floor of the hotel, the 28th floor and it was gorgeous I want to thank you for the great tours that I had a chance to see and the museums I visited they were simply gorgeous. My very first tour of 911 was so very heart breaking to see all the 8 x 10 photos of all the people that died in that 911 tragedy. I'm so grateful to you for making this possible for me. I have always wanted to go to NYC Time Square and you made it happen it was the most magnificent thing I've ever seen the people and the lights, everything was fantastic. The dinner cruise I could not have planned a better night to celebrate my 65th the food ,music and drinks were fantastic. The Harlem tour oh my goodness was simply awesome. I am telling everyone I know that you are the most awesome travel agent ever and that you would get them the best trip anywhere they would like to go. That it will be fantastic.

I had a wonderful time but it was not enough time. We had great tours. I really enjoyed riding the desert dunes and the camels.
The hotel was family oriented. but did not have any clubs because of noise. They did have two areas where cocktails were served. The pool area was great and the staff offered several services.Overall, I give high ratings for the trip.

I want to Thank you Again for all of your assistance during the planning of our group travel for our wedding. You were always responsive and extremely helpful. Even though there was a change in itinerary which did not agree with the plans you were extremely helpful in helping me getting everything taken care of and make sure all adjustments were made.
As for the actual wedding ceremony, flowers, reception, and photographer they were all great. I would have not changed a thing. The only thing I would change about the vacation and the reception is I wish they were longer.
